At Velocity Computers, customer satisfaction is important to us. This Refund and Returns Policy explains the conditions under which refunds, replacements, and returns are accepted.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The product is defective, damaged, or incorrect at the time of delivery
  • The issue is reported within 48 hours of receiving the product
  • The product is unused and in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and invoices intact

To initiate a return, you must contact our support team with valid proof (images/videos).

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Custom-built PCs and customized configurations (built as per customer request)
  • Software, digital products, license keys, or activation codes
  • Items damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper installation
  • Products without original packaging, serial numbers, or invoice
  • Clearance sale or discounted items (unless received defective)

3. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Share clear images/videos of the product and packaging
  • Our team will verify the issue

Once approved, we will arrange for:

  • Replacement, or
  • Repair, or
  • Refund, depending on product availability and brand policy

4. Warranty Claims

  • Warranty is provided as per the respective brand/manufacturer
  • Velocity Computers will assist customers in coordinating warranty claims
  • Physical damage, liquid damage, or burn damage is not covered under warranty

Warranty approvals are subject to manufacturer inspection and decision.

5. Refund Process

  • Refunds are initiated only after returned products pass inspection
  • Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 working days
  • Refunds are credited to the original payment method
  • Transaction or gateway charges (if any) are non-refundable

6. Payment-Specific Refund Handling

  • Direct Bank Transfer: Refund will be credited to the customer’s bank account
  • Razorpay / UPI Payments: Refund will be processed via the same payment mode used during checkout

Velocity Computers is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment service providers.

7. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only
  • Once the order is dispatched, cancellation is not allowed
  • Custom PC orders cannot be cancelled once the build process has started

8. Shipping & Return Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged product), return shipping costs will be covered by us
  • For all other approved returns, shipping charges are non-refundable and borne by the customer

9. Inspection & Approval

All returned products are subject to inspection.
Velocity Computers reserves the right to reject any return or refund request that does not meet the policy conditions.
